Support Worker

In the context of Kind Solutions Policies and Procedures, our Support Worker work as part of a team to provide individualised and personalised support to adults and children with a learning disability within a range of community and accommodation-based settings.

To work in partnership with the people that we support, the team and all other stakeholders to plan, organise, implement, monitor and review activities to achieve the agreed targets set out in Person Centred Plans, Individual Plans and Health Action Plans.

Care Assistant

And when we say ‘rewarding’, we’re not just talking money. As a care assistant, you can make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable people in your local area, giving them the support they need to live independently in their own homes.

No specific qualifications or background in care is required to become a care assistant. What’s more important is that you have a natural calling to care for people. With this intact, we provide all the training you need to become one of our exceptional caring supporters.

Live in Carer

In the context of Kind Solutions Policies and Procedures, our live in carer work as part of a team to provide individualised centre care which includes (washing, dressing, supporting morning and night time routine), supervision of medication and assisting with chores and companionship.

Senior Healthcare Assistant

In accordance with our Policies and Procedures, the senior healthcare in our teamwork spearhead other teams to assist our residents so their care and support needs are met during the day and at night. This involves carrying out personal care and meeting each resident’s physical, emotional and spiritual needs, as well as promoting their independence, choice, and control.

Home Managers

According to our Policies and Procedures, the house managers in our supported living facilities spearhead the home by taking responsibility for the well-being of the residents, including making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Our house managers ensure a safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home, this includes carrying out assessments, developing, implementing, and evaluating
individualised care plans for each of our residents.
