Being diagnosed with Dementia’s can be an extremely worrying and stressful time for the individual and their loved ones. Our experience can help families during this time and the years after this diagnosis. People can still live with a good quality of life after diagnosis and we can support people with dementia to continue living at home safely and make their lives easier, whilst supporting the families around them.

When a person with dementia finds that their mental abilities are declining, they often feel vulnerable and are in need of reassurance and support. The people closest to them – including their carers, friends and family – need to do everything they can to support the person to retain their sense of identity and feelings of self-worth.

As part of our Dementia care services we train our care and support workers in caring and supporting individuals and families coping with dementia. We really do offer a flexible service to fit your life and your families. We could come and visit you once a week to give your loved ones a break from caring for you or we could come in every day to assist. We can also accompany you on holiday. Whatever your needs are, we can fit in with you.

We tailor make each Dementia care service package and so for customer with dementia or Alzheimer’s, we would choose a carer and support worker that has had the relevant training and experience, matching our carer and support workers and our customers to your satisfaction is extremely important.
